Relatively earlier as compared to last year, President Benigno S. Aquino III has already signed Proclamation No. 459 declaring the Regular Holidays, Special (Non-Working) Holidays, and Special Holiday (for Schools) for the year 2013.
Except Eid'l Fitre and Eid'l Adha, which are still tentative, we will be having five (5) long weekends in 2013.
